Preparation

Exteriors: Power wash; scrape; wood repairs; caulk everywhere needed.

Interiors: Remove all hardware, metal; repair nail holes, cracks in walls; caulk all cracks around door jams, windows, and trim.

Protection

Brick, roof, furniture, flooring, and windows, countertops, masked and covered with plastic and drop cloths.

Prime Coat

Premium primer applied for sound bonding surface.

Interiors

Painting

Premium paints such as Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, Behr, Glidden, Etc.  applied to all surfaces by premium painters; all trash removed; and furniture replaced.

Payment

Final walk-through and inspection completed; final payment is collected.
